$30M of car park work ran on spreadsheets and memory. Stock lived in people's heads, job kits were built from parts that existed nowhere, and nobody knew what any job actually cost.

We built the operating layer on the software they already owned. Stock for the warehouse and every van, reorder alerts, job costing, a live fleet dashboard. Then we trained the team to run it without us.

The mess
~100 contracts a year at a $260K average quote, with quoting, projects, inventory, accounting and email in five silos, re-keyed by hand. Sales quoted stock the company didn't have, and a date change took days to reach the warehouse.

We connected all five into one live project feed. Entered once, visible everywhere: real stock for sales, automatic alerts when dates move, completion evidence back before the invoice goes out.

The job platform was installed but never configured: every job at $0 budget, 95% falsely flagged overdue, 58 leads sitting cold. The owner was the reporting system.

We configured the platform they were already paying for, put $6.4M of work on a live dashboard, then automated the leaks: quote follow-ups, lead re-engagement, invoice chasing and a weekly report.
